My red record light is blinking. Dropped frames; footage n/g. Using this card:

SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB SDXC Flash Memory Card with up to 95MB/s (SDSDXPA-064G-X46)

Any suggestions on what could be the problem?

Thank you

Where did you buy the SanDisk SD card? X46 is not a SanDisk listed stock no., the closest is Q46'sold in Australia. Each area market has its own stock/model no. You may have a counterfeit card, which are useually sold on line. I have US Market SDXC 64GB cards I used in my Pocket Camera without any issues. Also, the 128GB cards work even better, with a faster write Speed. Also, are you recording ProRes or Raw files when you get dropped frames?
Cheers

I hit mine from Adorama and B&H (authorized retailers), when they were on sale.

Dmitri, I got them from SanDisk web site, looking at the SanDisk Extreme Pro specifications, they had a chart listing stock numbers by region.
Cheers

received an answer from Sandisk ... "always use authorised resellers only" :-)

1st link is to the authorised reseller in UK, so part must be fine

Cheers

Get on touch with SanDisk and give them your serial number and they'll tell you if the card needs a firmware flash to be compatible with the latest BMD camera firmware. Or ask them when the card was issued and at what firmware level is your card.

SanDisk has changed firmware in the past after BMD certifies a card but SanDisk's updated firmware was no longer compatible.
