Mini Pro & Atomos Shogun HDR

According to this:

You cannot use the shogun flame HDR feature with a non-log camera.

So the mini pro is NON-Log... right? and the FILM / RAW doesn't help here?
So I can't use the HDR feature with a mini pro?

The film mode on all BMD cameras is a log signal. As long as the SDI output on the Ursa Mini Pro is set to output the Film signal (meaning no LUT applied) it should work similar to the S-log example in the video.
