Thomas, the higher the resolution (4.6K vs 4K or UHD/2K) the larger the file sizes are, and require more Video processing power to handle them with the small compression of ProRes, which also requires processing overhead, that Raw does not. BM RW is actuall a 3:1 compression, so file sizes are more manageable in the camera and in post. Also, shooting 4.6K plus processing creates more heat, the faster you drive the frame rates up.
Smaller cameras like the Sony FS6/7 Nd the Panny EVA-1 work with more compressed codecs, and can attain higher frame rates -- in Video everything is a trade off -- high quality equals bigger camera/processing and slower frame rates for a given file size.
