Mixing Micro Studio 4K & Studio Cameras

PostSat Jun 24, 2017 1:35 pm

Hi there:

I have a question for those that may understand the specs of the BM cameras better than I do.

I currently own two of the Micro Studio Cameras (operate them at 1080p) in a studio environment. I need to add a third camera to the workflow.

If I added a Studio camera (the non-micro version), should I be able to rely on the picture quality, colors, etc to match as an equivalent?

Thanks!

You should be, if, you get the Studio 4K camera which has the same sensor (I believe) as the Micro Studio camera, somif yiumare using an ATEM with CCU, co'or matching should be same as between the two Micro Studio cameras.

A tip, questions about the BM Studio cameras and multi-camera studio productions, on the "Live Production" Forum. This form deals more with the Cinema cameras and their use.
