Window Mode on F1 or F2 Button

PostSat Jul 15, 2017 6:49 am

Hi,
It would be great to customize F1 or F2 Button with the Function "Window Mode" to get faster access to it.

best regards
Paul

+1 This would come in handy yeah don't see why they couldn't do it.

Being able to programme all of the buttons on the rear of the monitor would be good too.

I would also add that adding the window mode to the HFR mode would be a good option too. So the slider would let you go above 60fps when in non windowed mode and it would automatically go to windowed mode. So you would set your HFR speed to 120. Then when you press the HFR button you would go between 29.97 (or whatever your base rate is) non-windowed, and 120fps (of whatever your HFR rate is) and it would go to windowed mode automatically. I understand the need though to have windowed mode independent to act as a digital zoom, but the only times I personally use it are to go to higher than 60fps frame rates and right now that's a multi-step process that requires me taking the camera off shoulder to accomplish (to open the screen).

Ive made a preset with 120fps/windowed so i can switch between 4.6k/60 full sensor to 120fps 2K with 4 clicks- menu- presets- 120fps-ok . Done. It works very well when shooting fast action, it takes around 2-3 seconds to switch and no need to turn windowed mode on/off.

For me it's not only because of HFR.Just to double the focal length in some times.
