May I ask about your choice of having looking room and key on right but having talent looking left to interviewer.
What codec did you use?
How did you record audio?

I enjoyed the piece muchly-ish.
Television: Lighting/Cameraman, O.B. Camera Operator, Experience in EFP, EPG and ENG , Grip, Lamp Operator
Film: Grip, Lamp Operator
Theater: Lighting Designer, Light board Operator, Stage Electrician, Stage Management

It seems to me as if you got IR pollution in your image. (Am I correct assuming that you didn't use an IR cut filter in front of the lens?)

Infrared light pollution. Most cheap nd filters don’t cut out infrared light so you’d need an ir cut filter.
