New Handgrip

It would be a nice idea to create a handgrip pro. Something with an iris wheel and a joystick for menu. Something like on the Canon C300.

Hey Stu, the Handgrip of the UM already works via LANC on the Micro! ;)

Probably he means future grip with joystick working on both cameras.

P.S. Canon C200 grip can be used. it is available as standalone option. It seems it uses LANC interface. But it is too large for Micro cameras and probably most functions won't work.

yep but the only useful feature it has is the rec start stop - the OP was concerning a grip with proper menu control :)

seems like a good time to repeat the request for BMD to implement menu control via sbus on the micros - PLEASE :)

No, you get more than Rec start/stop, the BM grip also adds instant Iris control and instant push to focus control on the Micro when using native MFT lenses.
Cheers

I know - just don't consider either of those especially useful :)
