Canon mount ursa 4k...using b4 mount lenses

I have a ursa mini 4k with the canon ef mount...is anyone using any of the canon to b4 broadcast lens adapters successfully?

I am having requests to shoot situations where it would be nice to be able to put long lens broadcast lenses on my camera.
