ProRes file size @ 60minutes compare to 5dmk3 @ 60minutes?

Can anybody tell me the file size difference between BMCC ProRes vs the 5Dmk3 file @ 60minutes record time?

At 220Mbps, ProRes from the camera will generate about 100GB per hour.

BMCC 1080p ProRes 422 HQ:
60min 24p (176Mb/s)= ±90GB
60min 30p (220Mb/s) = ±112GB

Canon 5D MK3 All-I variable bit rate (apparently 91Mb/s):
60min = ±41GB
