Sdxc card compatibility

I have tried two identical
Sd cards and both freeze record
After 5 mins of recording raw.
And after that they can only record
50 seconds before freezing
Idid try canon eos formating
And exfat formating on mac
The card is SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB up to 95MB/s UHS-I/U3 SDXC Flash Memory Card - SDSDXPA-064G-X46

I updated to camer utility 1.9.10 which let me format it to HFS and it resolved the issue.
