Blackmagic Design URSA Mini SSD Recorder

I am in the process of ordering this device but I am a bit confused wether this works with an Ursa Mini (non-Pro) since I have seen/heard conflicting answers online. Would anyone know for sure if this SSD Recorder works with this camera as well as the Mini Pro version?

According to BM, the SSD recorder only works with the Ursa Pro. BM is working on a firmware update to get the SSD Recorder tomwork,with the older Ursa Mini’s.
