Linear data from the Ursa sensor is written to a log ProRes file. From this chart it looks to me like there is no highlight compression. Yet many intelligent people have said that there is. What am I missing?
And if there is not, then the highlight rolloff is intended to be added via whatever LUT or color management option you choose in post to normalize your gamma, correct?
