Problem with BMPCC Shape Cage from B&H

I just bought a Shape cage for BMPCC from B&H. Their demo video showed that it included an HDMI cable clamp. Well, it didn't come with one so I contacted B&H. They said they didn't carry it and that I needed to contact Shape directly. So I did, and they said they don't make a clamp for the BMPCC cage and that the video in B&H's web site was the wrong product. Obviously, I'm not happy with B&H for misleading me.

So, I now I am looking for information from anyone about an HDMI cable clamp that will work with the Shape cage for BMPCC.

Tom, I would return the shape cage and reorder the Wooden Camera cage from B&H, or direct from WC. They (WC) have an excellent cable clamp setup.
