Video Assist 4K: SDI out - Audio from Analog Audio Inputs?

Just a quick question to owners of the Video Assist 4K:
What happens with the audio stream going into the analog audio inputs, will those streams get embedded into the SDI output - or is there just a pass-through from the SDI input signal?

I couldn't find a definite answer (or maybe I've overlooked that).

That is a good question Robert. I would assume the audio input is embedded in the SDI output, since the outputs are from the Video processor, post processing and not just a pass through, at least this is how the VA HD 5-inch works.
Cheers

Pretty sure in my testing it outputs the same audio as it's recording. Make sure you go into the menu and select the XLR inputs.
