LOVING the URSA Pro but have a few major issues!

Hello folks I'm a working full time DP who usually uses Alexas and Reds. I was introduced to the Ursa and a couple months later I've shot half a dozen broadcast spots with it because I was so impressed.
I love the results.
Love the sensitivity. I shoot at 400 ISO all the time.
Personally, I think this camera is absolutely fine in low light. Not sure what all the complaints are about. Ursa has far less noise than Both RED or Alexa, IMHO.
What I do have issue is this and hopefully someone has answers here....
1. The REC 709 LUT sucks. Plain and simple. What can I do to improve? Built in LUT is crushed and overexposed.
2. Lots of Chromatic Abberation in footage. Has to be tracked and removed in post. Lenses are not the issue. using master primes.
3. Aliasing. Do you see it?
4. Mushy detail when zoomed in 200% compared to Alexa but just checking.
5Is there planned firmware upgrade for this camera?
