BM Studio HD camera not working

Unit turns on but the screen immediately goes into what appears to be a test mode, where it starts out all green, then red, then a gradient... Is this a service menu or some kind? I can't find anything about that online. None of the buttons seem to do anything, not sure how to exit this mode. Is has worked fine in the past. Any ideas?

You need to contact BM Support directly. You could also try reloading the firmware to the latest Studio Camera FW (not the latest version on the web site, yiu need to read the file description to see the cameras supported by that FW version.
