Where to buy a UV-IR cut replacement for BMCC 2.5k?

I found out that my UV-IR Cut glass inside my BMCC 2.5k has one scratch, I want to find a replacement, but I haven't been able to do so, I measure it and is 37mm of diameter and 1.1 mm of thickness.

However knowing the size, I've failed on buying a proper replacement for my camera, now I fear that something could damage the sensor. HELP!

You should be able to get one from Blackmagic themselves, however, you should be replacing this in a proper "clean room" environment as it's very easy to have dust hit either the sensor itself or the inside of the replacement coverglass.
