BMPC can only record for a sec.

I was using my BMPC this morning. I was able to record. Now when I hit record it shows a strange red symbol where the rec symbol should be. It looks like a tilted off button. Now I can only make still images instead of videos. Please help.

I now realize what the problem was. In case you are having the same problem as me, I had Time Laps Interval on.
