Vertical lines on lcd upon booting the camera. Not FPN

I recently started having a strange issue with Ursa Mini 4.6k. I bought it only a few weeks ago and shot a small ad with it. There have been no problems with it until a few days ago - suddenly upon booting up the camera, there are vertical lines on the fold out lcd screen for a few seconds. This was not happening before and it's not FPN.

Does anyone know anything about this or why it has this? Is this a serious issue?
