Does the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera actually shoot in 4K and if yes, where is the setting for it?
No, not it does not! The Pocket camera is an HD camera only. That said you can take the recordedfiles and either down size them to SD or upscale them to UHD/4K in a NLE, like Resolve.
