Ursa mini sound output

Hi!

I got Ursa mini in February 2017, and been working with it and overall I'm happy, Only thing that sound guys noticed, that sound output gives only one channel out. Anybody had similar problem? What should I do? It should be still under warranty.

In the camera menus you should have a selection for audio monitor, and which audio channels/tracks are selected for the monitor. See the camera manual for details.

I had same problem, and camera went for repair, got back new camera.

By default the camera doesn't record to both channels with a mono microphone. Go into settings > audio and under channel 2 select 'Use ch 1' then you'll have 'stereo' sound
