Ghost file

PostThu Mar 15, 2018 4:09 pm

Hi everyone!

Yesterday on a job, I have found this empty file within my regular clips, without a preview, that is not possible to open, of 8 KB and 0 seconds long, here:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bx5ft ... 3RmbVpwUFU

The info in the file as per file attached:
file info.jpg
file info.jpg (54.19 KiB) Viewed 705 times

I wonder how this file has happened? Is it something that I wrongly pressed (quickly on and off) or a little problem with my camera that I should be aware of?
I record on SSD with my UMP 4.6K.

Thanks
Luca

Hi Luca, I had this sometimes when using a LANC controller for REC start/stop. When accidentally pressing the button several times.
Saying "Thx for help!" is not a crime.

Thanks Robert, so I guess it's just an accidental on/off thing.
First time that happens in fairness, never before on other cameras.
I'll keep checking.
