Focus peaking and other controls disappear on Ursa Mini 4k

Hi, I have this strange problem. Sometimes while shooting, I loose all controls on the LCD for Ursa Mini 4k. I have software 4.0 running. Only thing I can see is small red line on LCD that shows that footage is being recorded. Only way to get back the controls is by resetting the camera to factory settings.

Also, sometimes I do not get any focus peaking lines even when it's turned on in the setup. Sometimes peaking is red and sometimes it is green, not sure how to control it.

Try upgrading its firmware to 5.x to get the latest FW updates for it. If the issue continues, you need to contact your BM Support Office directly.

Did you try swiping up/down on the LCD to show/hide the controls?
