Lost audio level knob on Ursa Mini Pro.

I have lost one of the audio level knob on my Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K
Is it possible to get one somewhere?

Might be an opportunity for someone to 3D print it?

contact BMD support.. I heared that they do put stock on more pieces of the camera.. So i guess dails and switches are amongst them.

Sorry to use tour post for my question but i gave something simular.

My company bought an Ursa mini pro but when we received it and when we open thé box, we find out that the menu wheel on the side of the camera was broken.

I have contacted the support of Blackmagic yesterday but no answer yet (i understand the delay).

I would like to know if we could replace the Wheel by ourself (with replacement wheel) or we need to send the camera back ?

Completely depends on how that knob is made.. Is it is a push on knob.. It could be they send you a new knob and you have to pull the old one off with some force.. But could also be that you have to send it in for repair..

Due too high rate of support emails they get.. They normally awnser in 2 /3 days.

Just a quick update.

I've received a answer from the helpdesk of Blackmagic, they will send a replacement wheel for the damaged menu wheel.
