Schneider 680, 750 or both?

PostWed Apr 17, 2013 12:44 pm

Hmm... read up a bit, watched some videos (ablecine) and I can't quite figure out if this decision is a:
1. Need both different applications scenario
or
2. One works best for BMCC EF

Has anyone done any hands-on testing with these filters and reach any "conclusions" or best practices?

I may be missing the boat on a different IR brands/types but I have quite a bit of ND already and I'm not interested in updating to combination filters.

I'm befuddled by the search on this forum, but I remember a shootout that had some examples...
(found the ryan walters piece, he reccomends the 680)

If you're willing to share your experiences that would be great! Thanks.

Ryan Walters did a through job in testing these, so I'm sticking with just the 680. In his tests, the 750 made little difference.

Yeah, after re-watching the video I think that is correct.

I'll let everyone know when I get mine if I find any issues.

Thanks...
