audio noise in the audio monitoring of the Studio Camera

PostFri Apr 20, 2018 4:25 pm

Hi,

I would like to use the audio monitoring system of the studio camera to control the audio input.
Unfortunately, there is an important audio noise in the headphone output that bother me, and force me to find another monitoring solution.

My Studio Settings are the following:
Headset Level: 80%
Headset Mic: 0%
Program Mix: 100%

This audio noise is important even if the Heaset Level is 1% but disapears at exactly 0%.

By the way, I've got an other question:
Would it be possible in the future to show Audio Meters in the monitor of the camera (it is already possible with the hdmi output of the Micro Studio Camera, why such a difference?)

Regards,

The monitor amp is noisy, unfortunately. I have not heard of other complaints, so you might co tact yiur regional BM Support office, to see if it can be sorted and/or fixed.
