As i sit here in a guesthouse in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, I'm backing up all my files from a week-long shoot through the mountains of the south.
We stayed in villages, ate with nomads, trekked up mountains, and shot some amazing footage!
We are working on a documentary about June Cashmere, a fiber company based in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, and crafted a story about the history of Kyrgyzstan, from Soviet-era to present. It's been a blast and really tough.
The Ursa Mini Pro was SOOOOO solid through this whole week. Through dusty trails and cold temps, it held up and performed consistently and flawlessly. the build-in ND filters were such a huge help, and with SmallRig plates and handles, getting the rig setup and ready to go quickly helped get us great shots along the way.
Can't wait to get into the edit on this one.
i'm sure i'll post some stills soon.
