5.1.1 Won't install on URSA mini 4.6K (standard model)

I recently downloaded 5.1.1. When I launch the update it sees my camera, shows the FW as 4.8 and states "Software is up to date". I know there are no new features for the standard 4.6k but don't all software updates install on all cameras? I believe there are a few updates I missed that do have minor fixes or features (FW 4.9 for SSD compatibility). Does the SSD caddy only work with Pro models?

The download contains all the latest firmware for all the cameras, but it will not install a version that isn't applicable to your camera.

Version 4.8 is the latest version for UM4.6K and includes support for the SSD recorder.
