Midtones Adjustment on Cinema DNG

PostFri Aug 17, 2018 10:00 am

This might be a odd question, but using the Raw Settings of Cinema DNG Raw (Shot with an Ursa) on Da Vinci Resolve, which setting Slider/Tab should I use to influence the Midtones the most? (There's lift and gain sliders, but no Gamma)

I typically use the Curves tool to change the midtones in Resolve, but was wondering if there was something in the Raw Settings that would do something similar

Sorry just realized I should be posting this in the Resolve Section. Time to finally get some sleep for me!

Raw is just for a first light correction. You won't find all the parameters there like in the next few steps.
Just get your footage into the ballpark and go on from there.
No, an iGPU is not enough, and you can't use HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 in the free version.
