Based on similar screens I've seen (including one on a Micro Cinema camera I bought and sent back), I think it means your camera is toast.
Resolve 18 Studio, Mac Pro 3.0 GHz 8-core, 32 gigs RAM, dual AMD D700 GPU.

When mine did that, I had to send it in to get it replaced :(

You could try any Blackmagic Design dealer; my guess is that the sensor needs to be replaced. You would have to pay, obviously, but BMD might be able to repair it.

When I bought my Pocket Cinema Camera, the sensor was bad had to be replaced and BMD actually repaired it (the camera I got back was the same camera I bought -- same serial number). My Micro Cinema Camera also came with a defective sensor (I must have bad luck) and I sent that one back for repair but they replaced it with an entirely new camera. Obviously they can't do that in your case unless they have a few stockpiled somewhere, but they might have parts for repairs.

Contact the regional BM Support Office for EU, I think it is in London.

Yes, BM Europe is in Britain, so for the moment you still won't pay customs…
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
