No audio on playback of clips UM4K

I havent had audio playback on my clips Im reviewing in forever. Could it be a problem with the speaker you think? Any way to test this? I had an SDI out to a teradek last weekend and got audio playback not sure if that makes a difference.

Are you talking about playback in camera and hearing no audio? Or on your computer?

The UM46K and UM4k have a very low volume speaker, so it might be possible you just can't hear it because audio volume of your clips is low too. If you press your ear onto the speaker, can you hear anything then? Does the display show levels? What about listing with headphones, can hear the audio?
