BMPCC4k: How to Resolve Still Image Issue

When pressing the still image button, nothing seems to happen. No camera image in the corner, no still word on the drive. Apparently, no way to check what's on the drive from the camera...ugh!

Looking at the drive on the computer, there are lots of files in the still folder, however, they are all 0kb in size and don't open.

Any ideas on what could be happening and how to resolve it?

I've tried ProRes HQ, 422, and DNG RAW and 3:1. All with film setting

I’d try a factory reset to see if that corrects the problem and if that doesn’t reload your firmware by downloading a fresh copy from BMD Support.
