6.0 - ND Reading Error

Hi

My Name is Jeki Shah and i'm a Mumbai based camera rental company in india we have 6 camera of black magic and recently updating the URSA MINI pro 4.6k camera to Blackmagic Camera 6.0 Public Beta some error on the ND i can see is anyone else also facing the same problem or if someone can help me figure out if there is any solution for the same

Please fully describe what you mean by “ND Reading Error.” Don’t use any abbreviations in your explanation.

what i mean to say is

Step 1 should show Clear ND but says 2 Stop
Step 2 Should show 2 Stop but shows 4 Stop ND
Step 3 Should show 4 Stop but does not show any ND
Step 4 is ok

Its the reading on the LCD screen i'm talking about

If you roll your camera back to 5.1.1 is this still happening, or only on the 6.0 Beta?

i dont know how can i downgrade myself i have now uploaded the stable version also but its still showing the same thing

Downgrading the software is the same as upgrading it...
Just uninstall 6.0 on your Mac or PC... download and install Camera 5.1.1.

Then once you have installed it, connect your camera to the computer and flash it with the 5.1.1 camera utility.

What you are describing sounds like an issue with the hardware in the ND filter wheel knob where it is reading as the wrong value. If downgrading to 5.1.1 doesn't fix the issue you should contact support.
