Issue with realtime audio monitoring

PostSat Dec 01, 2018 9:36 pm

Anyone else who has problem with a audio delay in the headphones. For example if someone talks I hear the audio a second after real time. Verry disturbing. Anyone have a solution for this?

If this not going to be fixed in a future firmware I got an idea. I ordered Behringer Powerplay P2 – Personal In-Ear Monitor Amplifier. My idea is to get Y-splitters or snake-cables from the mic-cables.

Also I ordered this cable so I can connect audio from two mics to the Monitor Amplifier.

Mixers or recorder could be an alternative to but I want it light weight and less things on my rig. But I could change my mind if you have better solutions. Maybe it's safer to have a recorder with output to the camera because my idea on not monitoring audio from the camera. Could be good with backup because of that.
