Camera Setup 6.0 Not Recognizing
Posted: Fri Jan 25, 2019 5:26 pmI'm trying to update our URSA Viewfinder and URSA Studio Viewfinders. I've run Camera Setup 6.0 on both a URSA Viewfinder and URSA Studio Viewfinder directly connected via USB and Camera Setup is not recognizing any connected device. I know that it is connected, hear the Windows system sound when I plug them in and they also show up under Device Manager. Looks like Windows Plug-n-play installed the devices.
