Is Ursa mini 4k GLOBAL SHUTTER?

Is Ursa mini 4k GLOBAL SHUTTER?

I don't read that on the BM page, but variety of online places state that it is. Yes, the old BMPC4K was, but places say the mini 4k IS global, but the 4.6k and PRO are not.

Seeking clarification, thanks

Yes, the URSA Mini 4K is global shutter (which is a large reason why I went with it over the 4.6K sensors)

Yes it’s in spec.
4.6 is a hybrid sensor, at first beta firmware work in both mode global and rolling shutter, then later they decide that dr is better in Rs then camera work only in rolling shutter.
I would like to have both mode, global shutter also if is 3-4 stop less in dinamic range, but useful sometimes, rs for common use.
Anyway the rs of ursa mini pro is so fast that is not a big problem during commen shooting, only with photo flash could be so unlucky to have problem, but for all other things, no problem.

The compact URSA Mini camera with EF lens mount, 4K Super 35 image sensor and global shutter is lightweight and perfectly balanced for handheld use and comfortable enough for all day shooting. URSA Mini 4K EF features professional 12G-SDI connections, 5” fold out touchscreen monitor and side grip with camera control functions as well as dual CFast card recorders, built in stereo microphones and more.

Yeah, the BMD product pages can be a bit confusing sometimes.
