SDI output to NewTek tricaster Mini HD-SDI

Can't seem to get a signal to my tricaster from the front sdi output of my BM Ursa mini pro 4.6k. Can anyone pls help steer me in the right direction. Thank you.

The Trcaster Mini HD only accepts the following resolution inputs,
1080p 30/24
1080i 60
720p 60/30/24
480i 60

So of these, only 1080p24/30 is available from the camera’s front SDI output, which is really for a monitor.
Connect the rear SDI output to the Tricaster and set the camera to 1080p59.94/60 and select 1080i output option, which should give you a 1080i59.94/60 output to the Tricaster.
