Can bmpcc4k be turned on using only the power cord?

Can I open bmpcc4k using only the included bmpcc4k power plug? Does the machine still need to install the LP-E6 battery? Can I turn it on without the LP-E6 battery (use only the power cord)? The impression is that the BMPCC4K can be turned on without a battery connected to the power source. But after removing the LP-E6 battery yesterday, I only used the power cord. I opened bmpcc4k and it didn't respond. When using the original battery in the machine, the battery icon will jump between the AC and AC charging symbols. The original battery cannot be charged. There is no problem with the AC charging symbol when using other batteries. It is still testing whether it is a machine problem or a battery problem. If this is just a battery problem, that's fine.
