What wide lens for BM Production Camera?

Hi guys.

I'm looking for some nice wide prime lens for my future BMPC.
I need it for shooting landscapes especially.
At first I fought that Sigma 8-16 or Tokina 11-16 could do the job, but I've seen some footage and I would probably want some sharper lens. Don't get me wrong. I think that this two lenses are ok but for BMCC 2.3crop factor. With BMPC 1.7 crop factor I would better go with something sharper.

I was considering Carl Zeiss Distagon T* 18mm and 15mm. First one will be ok for my budget, second one is a little bit too pricey, even so I'm thinking about it as well.

Or maybe you now some other primes that will be quite wide for this kind of job and very sharp?
Any suggestions?

Thanks.
Tom

The BMPC has a 3x crop factor, not 1.7x ;) .........The Olympus Zuiko 9-18 maybe a choice (it became a 27-54 on FF). There is the Lumix 7-14 (21-42 FF equivalent).
The Sigma EF mount 8-16 is also valid,(24-48 FF equivalent),but requires an MFT to EF adapter.

Unfortunately these lens are not so fast........

Hi Lamerto Lamberti.

You are probably talking about BM Pocket Cinema Camera (BMPCC) and you are right its crop factor is x3.
I was asking about Production Camera :-)

Thanks for interest.

EDIT: I've changed Thread name to be more specific.
Thanks.

All these acronyms are hard to distinguish, that's why i keep calling one the "Pocket CC", while the other one is ""PC4K"...
