BMPCC4K Distorted Clip

Has anyone experienced this with their Pocket 4K? (See attached still frame)
It just happened on a few clips back to back. All other footage was fine.

Card: Lexar Professional 3400x 128GB.
Filming 1080p 60/23.98fps

Still no luck on figuring out what it was exactly.
