Slight green cast in Prores video mode?

PostWed Jul 10, 2013 8:20 pm

Has anyone noticed a slight overall green cast in Prores video mode. I was just shooting something that was just daylight, and no filters with the SLRmagic 12mm. I don't have footage up just yet, just curious if anyone else had this. I heard the camera has some sort of a light ir filter in front of the sensor, and it seems some ir filters have a subtle green cast from my research. I of course, could be completely wrong on those assumptions, but I thought I would ask.

It's been really simple to correct, just want to make sure it's not a symptom of a larger problem.

Jim, as far as I know, the protective glass over the sensor does just that, no IR filtering. Of course, I could be wrong!
