Minimizing Davinci Resolve Project Server 18.5

PostSat May 11, 2024 5:38 am

Hi. When I open this software, it does not have a minimize option that I can see. Additionally, on Windows 11, even if I change the properties of the program shortcut to start "minimized" there is no change.

Ideally, I would like this software (Davinci Resolve Project Server 18.5) to open automatically with Windows restart and to run minimized. Any ideas how to do this?

The project server management program doesn’t need to be running at all to use DVR. Just when you need to “manage” it. The Postgres database service will always be running in the background as a service.

Just to clarify, the Postgres database server will be running where you have it installed, not necessarily in the background on your computer. I have the Postgres database service running on the same computer that I run DVR on but the actual database is on a NAS.
