DaVinci Resolve Feature Request - Scrolling Text Tool

Not sure if this is the place or way to request a feature, so please direct me to the proper venue if not.

To my dismay, I discovered that Resolve has no (Left to right or right to left) scrolling text tool. How can this be? Seem like such a basic tool

Are there any reasonably priced plug-ins that will allow me to do this inside Resolve?

You can keyframe the text position to have it move. That's fairly easy .

Well, theoretically you only need 2 keyframes, one in the beginning and one in the end, if you just want a plain scroll. Can't get much easier than that .

well, you should also have some control over sub pixels movement to reduce "waving" on a roll....

that is the problem: you don't want that, in a roll you want (if possible) discreet pixels movement

not totaly simple tho....

Needless to say, I think this is a needed tool/feature.

Not to revive an old thread, but I'm trying to add motion blur to a side scrolling text. Simple task... I'm already applying the above-mentioned method, so all I have to do is use a text+ instead and switch on motion blur. Yeah, but my script is 2 mins long and Resolve is struggling to even render a frame. My guess is that my text is 9 screens long and everything gets the motion blur treatment before actually getting framed. I'm off to the Fusion tab to find a solution. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE!!
