2k Display w/ Decklink Mini Monitor?

PostSun Sep 24, 2017 10:58 am

Are there any advantages (or disadvantages) when using a 2560 x 1440 reference monitor w/ the standard decklink 1080p mini monitor pci card?

Thanks!

So best sticking with a 1920X1080 monitor when using the 1080p Decklink Mini Monitor?

I often use mine full screen (Fill screen on monitor) when doing the bulk of the edit, then go to 1:1 for any detailed editing adjustments and ONLY 1:1 for color grading.

If this is your full screen preview monitor and you seat very close then yes.
