How to get more options. Like if you ONLY want ONE work in Italic, and not ALL!! Or different colours for different people...

If you need greater control than currently provided in the built-in captioning support then you need to use 'Titles' (as elements on the video tracks) rather than using captions (on the subtitle tracks).

No / I need to use Premiere Pro / where that is already working...
