I've been having an odd problem lately. Resolve doesn't seem to be able to get past the splash screen. It hangs (even after restart) on "Loading Project Settings". This has happened on the previous 2 versions of Resolve 15 as well. I was able to use the program normally after updating Resolve to this current version, then after about a week this splash screen hang up occurred and now I can't seem to get Resolve to open at all.
UPDATE: I tried to open resolve again (having not changed anything) and now it hangs on "Loading Media Page". Everything else seems to be the same.
