AaBb - vs - ABab ordering lists (lut pane) / W10

I don't particularly care which order is prefered in alphabetically ordering a list, but some of the resolve choices are... amusing...

have teh LUT folder with some folders, in which some are capitalized and some not. Mine are inside a general {show} folder

have the LUT pane open in color and look at the SHOW folder: on the right is ordered as AaBbCc, on the left is ordered as ABCabc.

at least make it consistent...

(mine preferred is AaBbCc...)
