Lost Projects Resolve 15 and 16

When upgrading to Resolve 16 I was asked to update the database and was advised to back it up. I uninstalled 16 and reinstalled 15.3 to be able to back up my database but now my projects are completely missing. Did my projects get deleted when un-installing, or where could they be?

Any help would be very appreciated

Running:
Mojave 10.14.6
Mac mini 2018

Disk or PostGres DB?
Do u see the DB in the project manager?
Where did u Store the DB? Path?
