Where are stabilizer's edge options?

PostThu Nov 14, 2019 10:30 pm

Hi,
In resolve 16 I stabilize a shot with perspective stabilizer (wich is in Edit and Color tabs).
I unckecked the zoom option so a black background sometime appear at the borders of the image as it moves.

Where are the edge options in order to hide it?
(something like wrap, duplicate or mirror. As in Fusion's tracker)

Thanks,
Fabrice

Zoom is how you hide that.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Thanks but I dont want to zoom in.
In Fusion's stabilizer there are options to duplicate, mirror, blur,...the edges.
Do you mean it's not possible in resolve?

Maybe in the Fusion page. I don't use that much.

But on the Color or Edit pages, Zoom is how you handle that situation.

Yes but in Fusion page there's only the old stabiliser.
The new perspective stabilizer is only available in Edit and Color pages.

Then you're left with Zoom or stand alone Fusion.

Wich doesn't have the perspective stabilizer either.
It's weird because claims that F16 standalone has the same features as Fusion in Resolve 16...

Then you're left with Zoom.

Or After Effects, maybe.
