Why dont work mp4 export?

Previously, only when I used auto quality an error constantly appeared. Now even when I manually specify the bitrate, it’s still an error. Why? If i use MPEG4 its ok. But mp4 h264 dont work.

Try disabling Frame Reordering when exporting. Ran into a similar problem exporting h265 on Linux. That was the culprit.

Based on your logs, you are on Windows 7, and that is not supported at all. These and more problems are known and expected. Please upgrade to Windows 10.
